Shoes can change & stay on 7 different individual colors (red, green, blue, orange, teal, purple, white) or there are 4 different blinking & fade patterns. See video in product pictures.
Charge shoes when receive (will blink red while charging & light up green when done) and get approximately 6hrs of lighting power.
Do not leave shoes completely dead for longer than 21 days. Lithium batteries go dormant if zero charge long period of time.
If LUMN8's are charged they can go up to 12 months without use & still light up immediately.

LUMN8's are not high performance shoes (Puma, New Balance etc.) they're comfortable & fun micro fiber LED Fan-Gear shoes.
Everyone's feet are different, whatever size you wear in the high performance brands, consider going up a size if you're a male adult to ensure comfort
Due to the micro-fiber LED fabric the KLJ style tend run small again strongly consider going up a size if a male adult & for women whatever size you wear in performance should be just what you need to order in Lumn8s.

Returns are accepted within 2 weeks, as long as shoes are unworn with tags attached. After 2 weeks we will issue store credit.
Exchanges are accept on unworn shoes with tags attached with in 30 days.

How do you charge the shoes?
 Every pair of shoes come with a USB dual ended charger. The USB port is located on the back of the shoe inside of the back shoe tab.Â
How do you turn the shoes on/off?
The on/off button is located on the back of the USB port. Press the button to turn on and hold the button down until shoes turn off.Â
How long does it take to charge the shoes?
Once you plug in your shoes with the USB charger, your shoes will begin to blink. Once they stop blinking the shoes are fully charged. This process may take several hours, depending on how much charge was left in the shoes.Â
How long do the shoes stay charged?
Fully charged shoes have around 6 hours charge to them.Â
How do you change colors on the shoes?
The button on the port will change through the 7 different colors, and 4 blinking and fade patterns follow the 7 solid colors.Â
Can the shoes get wet?
The shoes can get wet, you want to make sure that the USB port in the back is covered in the heel tab. The USB port should not get excessively wet or submerged in water. Â
Can you clean the shoes?
You can clean the microfiber fabric, we use the basic Kiwi shoe cleaner sport.Â
What happens if I don’t have a charge in my shoes?Â

Do the shoes run true to size?
The microfiber on the low top style tends to run small. Please consider sizing up, especially if you are a half size. The high top style runs true to size, refer to the LUMN8 size chart.
